Paytech company InComm Payments has acquired The Card Network, one of Australia’s largest gift card providers, for an undisclosed amount.

According to sources from Incomm Payments, the acquisition will enhance the company’s ability to create personable gift cards for consumers and support business growth for its retail and brand partners.

Established in 2019, TCN combines leading brands in Australia with one gift card to provide recipients with more options. Moreover, TCN offers gift products as part of Australian companies’ loyalty, incentive, and rewards programs.

InComm Payments commenced its operations in New Zealand and Australia in 2010. The company introduced international brands previously unavailable to consumers to the gift card market.

InComm Payments is headquartered in Atlanta, USA, and operates in over thirty countries. The company provides fintech solutions and payment platforms.
